How can I make an appointment?
You will require a referral from your family doctor/ GP. The referral form can be downloaded and printed from our website under the Forms tab.
What is your new patient procedure?
Once a referral from your Family doctor/GP is received, our office staff will schedule a consultation visit with Dr. Tanbir Sindhar. Your first visit will be approximately 45-60 minutes.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
All your visits with Dr. Tanbir Sindhar are fully covered under the MSP (Medical Services Plan).
Do you treat children with obesity?
Only patients who are 18 years of age or older are seen at our clinic.
Will I have to take any medications?
After an in-depth assessment, Dr. Sindhar may prescribe medications if clinically indicated, in order to help you achieve a healthy weight.
Is weight loss surgery offered at your clinic?
Weight loss surgery is not offered at our clinic, but referrals to surgical centres will be made for the patients if they meet clinical criteria.
